POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Director, Enrollment Management

DEPARTMENT: Academic & Student Affairs SITE: DO

SALARY SCHEDULE: A&P   GRADE: C

BASIC FUNCTION:

Plans, directs and implements management of enrollment management efforts related to recruitment and computerized tracking of students/potential students, and coordinates recruitment with intake processes, academic offerings and course scheduling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in related area. Master's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) years experience in recruitment and marketing in higher education or related experience.

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of college programs, objectives and operations. Knowledge of microcomputer applications and programming. Knowledge of data base development and implementation. Knowledge of recruitment and marketing practices in higher education. Communications, interpersonal and supervisory skills. Ability to work effectively with students, faculty and staff.
