POSITION TITLE: Director, Human Resources

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources SITE: DO

SALARY SCHEDULE: A&P - GRADE: F

BASIC FUNCTION:

Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls Human Resources functions of the college.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related areas.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Five (5) years experience in Human Resources Management or educational administration.

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of modern Human Resources Management practices and procedures. Knowledge of laws relating to labor relations and personnel administration. Verbal and written communications skills. Ability to supervise a staff of Human Resources employees.
