POSITION TITLE: Director, Institutional and Program Planning
DEPARTMENT: Business Services SITE: DO
SALARY SCHEDULE: A&P GRADE: C
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Plans, organizes, facilitates, and controls college projects dealing with the areas of institutional and program planning including unit planning and educational outcome assessment planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Master’s degree, including course work in statistics and management/educational administration.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Five (5) years experience in college/university administration.
KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of the practices and procedures associated with educational planning. Ability to design and implement projects dealing with institutional program planning. Ability to prepare statistical reports. Ability to analyze and evaluate assessment data and prepare clean and concise reports. Ability to maintain good working relationships with students, administration, faculty, staff and the community. Written, verbal communications and mathematics/statistics skills.
