Ms.
Smith has obtained a AS degree in Word
Information Processing Management from SPC/1990,
and a AA degree in Liberal Arts from SPC/1995.
She attended the University of South Florida,
Pursuing a Bachelor's of Science
degree in Business Administration and is a
senior at this time. However, she plans on
completing her bachelor's degree in Atlanta.
She started her career at SPC in 1986 as an
Student Service Assistant II and later the
Accounting Technician. Ms. Smith is currently
on the SSS team on the Clearwater campus as Student
Services Officer since July 1998. She
writes the "Success Notes", which is
the SSS newsletter for the Clearwater campus,
and operates the Textbook Lending library on
the Clearwater campus, Co-Advisor for High
Achiever's Club. Ms Smith has been a volunteer
in the community at the Childrens Hospital
since 1985. She enjoys her two teenage sons,
Terrence & Nikia, ages 16 and 19. In Their Own Words
The thing I like best about the Student
Support Services Program is the Program
itself. I think it is a wonderful idea to be
able to help students with books, classes,
tutoring, counseling etc...
Hobbies:
Web browsing, decorating, shopping, and playing board games. I
really enjoy working with computers and people.
