1. Distinguish between the terms anatomy and physiology.
2. Identify all the subfields of anatomy and explain each.
3. List the levels of the structural hierarchy in the correct sequence from smallest unit to the largest. Define and/or explain any significance of each.
4. Briefly define the concept homeostasis.
5. Describe anatomical position.
6. Identify any of the three planes/sections.
7. Use directional terms properly, relative to anatomical position.
8. Identify all of the body cavities and the organs found in each.
