Wellness Center and Student Lounge

The wellness center at the Allstate Center is open before and after classes and during lunch breaks during the week to serve the needs of SPC students, faculty, and staff. The wellness center features numerous strength training and resistance machines, cardio workout machines, and free weights. To use the facility, you must be present a valid SPC student or staff member ID.

1. There must be at least two people in gym at all times (No working out alone)
2. You must sign in
3. You must wear appropriate workout clothing and shoes
4. Use must bring your own towel and wipe down machines after use
5. Do not use weight belt on machines
6. Use a spotter for heavy lifting
7. Do not place weights on benches
8. Replace weights when finished
9. Limit use of cardio machines to 20 minutes
10. No profanity or lewd behavior
11. No horseplay

A student lounge is availabe for students at the Allstate Center. The lounge has two ping pong tables, two foosball tables, couches, chairs, a flat-screen television and vending machines.
