	AAP0835 Instant Italian for Travelers

	This eight-hour class introduces the traveler or beginning student to basic words and phrases necessary to manage this language in a foreign country.

	AAP0841 Conversational Italian II

	This is course reinforces previously acquired basic Italian language skills. The course further develops listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, as well as helps students to increase the understanding and appreciation of the cultures of Italian-speaking countries.

	AAP0840 Conversational German I

	This basic course in German introduces students to listening, speaking, reading and writing, and helps them learn to appreciate the culture of Germany.

	AAP0848 Conversational German II

	This course reinforces previously acquired basic German skills. The course further develops listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, as well as helps to increase the understanding and appreciation of the cultures of German-speaking people.

	AAP0844 Conversational Spanish I

	This is a basic course in Spanish that will introduce the student to listening, speaking, reading and writing, and to help them learn to appreciate the cultures of Spanish-speaking countries.

	AAP0845 Conversational Spanish II

	This course reinforces basic Spanish skills and develops listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and increases understanding and appreciation of the cultures of Spanishspeaking people.


	AAP0853 Survival Spanish for Travelers

	This eight-hour class introduces the traveler or beginning student to basic words and phrases necessary to manage Spanish in a foreign country.


	AAP0846 Conversational French I

	This is a basic course in French that will introduce students to listening, speaking, reading and writing, and help them to appreciate the cultures of French speaking-countries.


	AAP0852 Fast French for Travelers

	This eight-hour class introduces the traveler or beginning student to basic words and phrases necessary to manage the language in a foreign country.

	AAP0870 Mandarin Chinese Language and Culture

	This course will introduce students to listening, speaking, writing and an understanding of the Chinese culture. It is taught by Xue (Victor) Zhongyou, an exchange teacher at Admiral Farragut Academy, from the Anhui Province of China. In addition, the Rosetta Stone language software program will be used in AFA’s new language lab.
