In this course, middle and high school students can study, practice and perform with the SPC music majors under the direction of David Pate. Both beginning and advanced jazz students will be able to expand their knowledge and talent beyond the basic summer band program. |

Through this course, middle and high school students can learn and perform with SPC vocal students under the direction of Dr. Vernon Taranto. Basic techniques of singing are developed through group and sectional rehearsals. |

AAP0806 Spanish Immersion Camp - Oldsmar Elementary |

|
Students in grades 2-8 will have an opportunity to spend six-weeks learning beginning Spanish, including vocabulary, rhymes, culture, cooking, conversation and more! The camp will be led by Venezuela native Martha Estrada, a Tarpon Springs Middle School teacher with expertise in immersion programs. |

AAP0802 Captain Mack's Rocket and Space Camp |

This is the eighth summer for this camp, which offers a complete learning experience for students in grades 2-8. Students will “blast off” from Mars and streak across the Milky Way in search of black holes, red giants, white dwarfs, super novas and stars through this out-of-this-world summer adventure. Students will design and construct rockets each week and participate in two family rocket launch evenings. There also is a field trip to the SPC Planetarium in St. Petersburg. |
