POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Client Account Representative

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Training Services            SITE: Various

SALARY SCHEDULE: Senior Career                         GRADE: 7

BASIC FUNCTION:

Performs responsible, complex administrative and marketing work that involves the coordination and/or the delivery of specialized training programs in corporate training. Proposes, develops, and delivers training programs to established corporate clients. Monitors all phases of instructional delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Associate’s degree relating to the area of assignment. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Four (4) years experience in a support or marketing position in an adult training program. Experience with and knowledge of technology as it relates to training.

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of microcomputer applications. Excellent communication and management skills. Knowledge of curriculum development and marketing strategies for Continuing Education. Knowledge of sentence structure. Knowledge of word usage. Skill in reading comprehension. Knowledge of basic mathematics.
