POSITION TITLE: Instructional Assistant I - Corporate Training 

 

DEPARTMENT: Academic Support SITE: Corporate Training

 

SALARY SCHEDULE: Career - GRADE: 2

 

BASIC FUNCTION:

 

Assists curriculum designer professional in the research and preparation of student workbooks/training materials and with the development of customized curriculum to meet the needs of the business community.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Completion of one (1) year of college.

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

Two (2) years experience working with adult learners in the discipline of assignment. Competence in the subject area assigned.

 

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Knowledge of the subject area assigned. Knowledge of sentence structure. Ability to operate a computer, knowledge of Microsoft office. Communications skills. Ability to work well with faculty and students.
