Humanities and Fine Arts
The academic disciplines of humanities and fine arts study the human condition. These studies help develop an understanding of what it means to be human - the struggles, aspirations, comedies, tragedies, achievements, and failures of human beings. Since critical thinking, investigation, and reflection are necessary to the study of the humanities and fine arts, these components play a significant role in humanities and fine arts courses.
