egretsSPC's program in Parks and Leisure Services is unique in Florida in that lower division students can take bachelor's level Parks and Leisure core classes at SPC. This means students have the opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree in business/management at SPC beyond their A.S. degree with a Parks and Recreation/Leisure emphasis.

Additionally, SPC has received a federal grant to develop part of the grounds of the Seminole Campus into a natural habitat park with an environmental education center. Over the next several years, the college will develop a parks "laboratory" so local students can practice and apply the principles of the program where they will work collaboratively on real world applied research.

All courses are available on-campus with classes in Seminole, or distance learning online. For additional information, call (727) 394-6111 or SE_info@spcollege.edu.
