The Seminole campus is proud of its unique partnerships with SPC's University Parnership Center (located in the UPC building), the University of Florida College of Dentistry and College of Pharmacy and the Seminole Community Library.

Student Services Suite (UPC 107, UPC 101 to 136)
This suite includes spaces for the business office, registration, student records, testing, academic advising, career development center, and services for students with disabilities. Offices for representatives from our university partners are also located in the student services suite.

Collaborative Commons (UPC 192)
This Commons can seat 60 students with approximately 25 computer stations clustered around "power towers" with groups of two, three, four or more students working together on a project.

Special Purpose Conference Classrooms
There are 28 instructional spaces including science labs, computer classrooms, interactive rooms and even a "production" classroom to support the new digital media program.
