BCH 3023 ELEMENTARY ORGANIC AND BIOLOGICAL CHEMISTRY 3 credits

Prerequisites: CHM 1045/1045L and CHM 1046/1046L. This course is designed primarily to teach biological chemistry and incorporate an integrated treatment of relevant organic chemistry. The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of the structure and function of biological molecules and their metabolism. 47 contact hours.
