From Northern Pinellas County:

Drive south on U.S. 19
Take the exit for 66th Street/ St. Pete Beach and bear right
At Ulmerton Road (first major intersection) turn right
Travel west to 113th Street and turn left (south)
Travel south to traffic light at 92nd Avenue
Seminole Campus will be on your right

From Southern Pinellas County:

Drive north on 66th Street to Park Blvd. (74th Avenue)
Turn left (west) on Park Blvd.
At 113th Street, turn right to 92nd Avenue
Travel north to traffic light at 92nd Avenue
Seminole Campus will be on your left

From Tampa:

Drive west on Howard Frankland Bridge
Take Exit 31 for Ulmerton Road (SR 688)
Travel west to 113th Street and turn left (south)
Travel south to traffic light at 92nd Avenue
Seminole Campus will be on your right

From Sarasota:

Head north on either US-41 or US-19 (41 joins 19)
Travel north on Interstate 275, crossing the Sunshine Skyway Bridge to Exit 28, State Road 694 (Gandy Boulevard).
Turn left onto Gandy/Park, going west toward Pinellas Park.
